2020 Bishop and Death Valley

This trip to the Eastern Sierra had a purpose, and a very meaningful one at that - helping Andrew and Celeste move into their first house. We had already moved them the previous year from their apartment in San Francisco to an apartment in Bishop, California, but now they were making the more permanent decision of making Bishop their home by purchasing a house.

I had such mixed emotions about this - so happy for them that they were moving into their first home, and a bit sad that it was so far away. However, there was no time for that now. There was work to be done.

Plus, we rarely make a trip to Bishop without a side trip into Death Valley, a particular favorite National Park of ours.
